Kashmir University Recruitment 2025: Eligibility
Here is eligibility criteria for contractual Assistant Instructors/Instructors for various subjects. For Applied Art, Painting, Sculpture, and Art History candidates need a Master’s degree with at least 55% marks, and NET/SET/Ph.D. is desirable.
For Vocal, Tabla and Sitar, a B.MUS in the concerned subject with 55% marks is required, with NET/SET/Ph.D. being desirable for Vocal.
For Indian Classical Santoor, B.MUS in the concerned subject with 55% marks is required from recognised university or institute.
And for Suffiyana Santoor, B.MUS in concerned subject with 55% marks from a recognised university or institute is required. Tabla Accompanist: B.MUS with 55% marks/B high grade from AIR in the concerned subject.
Terms and Conditions:
- The appointment is purely contractual for the academic session or until the position is filled on a substantive basis.
- Selected candidates must provide an undertaking, sworn before a 1st class Judicial Magistrate, agreeing to the terms.
- The University reserves the right to fix wages based on the qualifications of the selected candidates.
- Candidates currently employed in government or semi-government organizations are not eligible to apply.
